摘要
Inordertofindthedominantfactorofenergyefficiencychange,thispaperusesthemodifiedstructuralmodeltoanalyzeenergyefficiencychangefrom1990to2012inXinjiang.Theresultshowsthattheenergyefficiencyincreaseislargelyduetoenergytechnologicalinnovationespeciallybytheindustrialsector,andthecontributionfromstructuralshiftislimited.Therefore,weshouldvigorouslysupportenergy-savingtechnologicalprogressintheindustrialsectoranddevelopthemodernserviceindustrieswithlowerenergyconsumption,inordertorealizethegoalofimprovingenergyefficiency.
