Thisyearmarksthe70thanniversaryoftheanti-Fascistwar,andtherighttodevelopmentisalsobornduringthewar.Inotherwords,therighttodevelopmentisaproductofthestruggleofdevelopingcountriestobreaktheoldinternationalorder.Therefore,tostudytherighttodevelopmentisofprofoundandrealisticsignificanceforhumanrightsprotection.Theauthorwillstartfromthemeaningoftherighttodevelopment,tracethecourseofitsformationandevolution,andthenbytakinghistoryasamirror,discusstherealizationandprotectionoftherighttodevelopment,proposesomerelevantsuggestions,soastopromotethedevelopmentofanewinternationalorderandmeetthenewrequirementsofglobalization.
