摘要
Objective:TostudythechangesofthegeneexpressionpatternofspinalcordtissuesintheearlystageafterinjurybyDNAmicroarray(genechip).Methods:ThecontusionmodelofratspinalcordwasestablishedaccordingtoAllen'sfallingstrikemethodandthegeneexpressionpatternsofnormalandinjuredspinalcordtissueswerestudiedbygenechip.Results:Theexpressionof45geneswassignificantlychangedintheearlystageafterspinalcordinjury,inwhich22genesup-regulatedand23genesdown-regulated.Conclusions:Theexpressionofsomegeneschangessignificantlyintheearlystageafterspinalcordinjury,whichindicatesthecomplexityofsecondaryspinalcordinjury.
