摘要
Theauthorsinvestigateadisturbance-compensatingandenergy-savingcontrolmethodforairturbinespindlesequippedwitharotationcontrolsystemdesignedforuseinultra-precisionmilling.Thecontrollabilityandenergy-conservingcharacteristicsoftheproposedmethodusingtheproposedpneumaticregulatingdevice,calledahigh-precisionquick-responsepneumaticpressureregulator,weredemonstratedexperimentallypreviously.Herein,theproposedrotation-controlledairturbinespindleisfirstsummarised.Subsequently,theproposedrotation-controlledairturbinespindleissettoamillingmachineandappliedtothemillingofanalloytoolsteel,togaindataandvalidatetheeffectivenessofthein-processtoolwearestimationmethodthathavebeenrecentlydevelopedandproposedbytheauthors.Particularly,toevaluatethepossibilityofapplyingtheproposedestimationmethodtothree-dimensionalmilling,millingexperimentswheretheairturbinespindleissetata45°inclinewereconductedandtheresultsindicateahighpossibilityoftheproposedmethod.
