摘要 Objectives:Apoptosisisrecognizedasanimportantmechanismincontrast-inducednephropathy(CIN).Cordycepssinensis(CS),atime-honoredtonicfoodandherbalmedicineinChina,canimprovethemicrocirculation,increasethetolerancetoischemiainpatientswithmicrocirculatorydisorders.AsCShasbeenfoundtoberenoprotectiveandanti-apoptoticinmultiplekidneyinjuries,wehypothesizedthatCSwouldpreventCIN.TheobjectiveofthisresearchistostudythemechanismofCSontubularepithelialcellapoptosisindiabeticCINrats.
