Electron States of Few—Electron Quantum dots

摘要 Westudyfew-electronsemiconductorquantumdotsusingtheunrestrictedHartree-Fock-RoothaanmethodhasedontheGaussianbasis.Ouremphasisisontheenergylevelcalculationforquantumdots.Theconfinementpotentialinaquantumdotisassumedtobeinaformofthree-dimensionalsphericalfinitepotentialwell.Somevaluableresults,suchastherearrangementoftheenergylevel,havebeenobtained.
