摘要 JixianThermalPowerProjectissitedatthegeographi-calandelectricalloadcenterofBeijing,TianjinandTangshanthreemunicipalities,occupyingatotalareaof315hec-tares,inwhich134hectaresareofpowerplantandconstructionzone.Accordingtothelongtermplanning,theultimateplantcapacitywillbe2200MW,whilethecapacityofthefirstphaseis1000MWwithtwo500MWsupercriticalsteamparametercoal-firedthermalunitstobeimportedfromRussia,theseunitsrankfirstinbothunitca-pacityandsteamparameterinBeijing-Tianjin-TangshanPowerNet-work.ThisProjectwasapprovedbytheStatePlanningCommissioninOctober1989withanestimatetotalconstructioncostof2billionyuanRMB,whichisjointlyfinancedbytheStateEnergyInvestment
