Elasto-plasticity and pore-pressure coupled analysis on the pullout behaviors of a plate anchor

摘要 Anumericalmethodisproposedfortheelasto-plasticityandpore-pressurecoupledanalysisonthepulloutbehaviorsofaplateanchor.Thebounding-surfaceplasticity(BSP)modelcombinedwithBiot’sconsolidationtheoryisemployedtosimulatethecyclicloadinginducedelasto-plasticdeformationofthesoilskeletonandtheaccompanyinggeneration/dissipationoftheexcessporewaterpressure.Thesuctionforcegeneratedaroundtheanchorduetothecyclicvariationoftheporewaterpressurehasmucheffectonthepulloutcapacityoftheplateanchor.Thecalculatedpulloutcapacitywiththeproposedmethod(i.e.,thecoupledanalysis)getslowerthanthatwiththeconventionaltotalstressanalysisforthecaseoflong-termsustainedloading,butslightlyhigherforthecaseofshort-termmonotonicloading.Thecyclicloadinginducedaccumulationofporewaterpressuremayresultinanobviousdecreaseofthestiffnessofthesoil-plateanchorsystem.
