Study on structural characteristics and adsorption performance of ultrasonic treated Mn-containing sulfur transfer agent

摘要 Topreparemanganese-containingspinelsulfurtransferagentwithacidpeptization,ultrasonicwaveisusedforthefirsttimetomodifythestructureofsulfurtransferagentinthiswork.Minifixedbedreactorwasusedtoinvestigatetheeffectofultrasonicpower,timeandtemperatureonthestructureandoxidationadsorptionperformanceofsulfurtransferagentandtheadsorptionkineticsandmechanismofSO2wereanalyzed.SEM,TEM,XRDandN2adsorption-desorptiontechniqueswereemployedtocharacterizeandanalysethefunctionofsulfurtransferagent.Theresultsindicatedthatmanganese-containingspinelisakindofpromisingsulfurtransferagentandexhibitshighersulfurcapacityanddesulfurizationdegreeundertheselectedconditionsoftheultrasonicwavepowerof60%,andwiththetreatmentperiodfor3hatatemperatureof60°C.
