Geometric nonlinear formulation for thermal-rigid-flexible coupling system

摘要 Thispaperdevelopsgeometricnonlinearhybridformulationforflexiblemultibodysystemwithlargedeformationconsideringthermalefect.Diferentfromtheconventionalformulation,theheatfluxisthefunctionoftherotationalangleandtheelasticdeformation,therefore,thecouplingamongthetemperature,thelargeoverallmotionandtheelasticdeformationshouldbetakenintoaccount.Firstly,basedonnonlinearstrain–displacementrelationship,variationaldynamicequationsandheatconductionequationsforaflexiblebeamarederivedbyusingvirtualworkapproach,andthen,LagrangedynamicsequationsandheatconductionequationsofthefirstkindoftheflexiblemultibodysystemareobtainedbyleadingintothevectorsofLagrangemultiplierassociatedwithkinematicandtemperatureconstraintequations.Thisformulationisusedtosimulatethethermalincludedhub-beamsystem.Comparisonoftheresponsebetweenthecoupledsystemandtheuncoupledsystemhasrevealedthethermalchatteringphenomenon.Then,thekeyparametersforstability,includingthemomentofinertiaofthecentralbody,theincidentangle,thedampingratioandtheresponsetimeratio,areanalyzed.Thisformulationisalsousedtosimulateathree-linksystemappliedwithheatflux.Comparisonoftheresultsobtainedbytheproposedformulationwiththoseobtainedbytheapproximatenonlinearmodelandthelinearmodelshowsthesignificanceofconsideringallthenonlineartermsinthestrainincaseoflargedeformation.Atlast,applicabilityoftheapproximatenonlinearmodelandthelinearmodelareclarifiedindetail.
