摘要
Ananalyticalsolutionispresentedfortheradiationandthediffractionofacylindricalbodywithamoonpoolfloatingonthesurfaceofwaterwithafinitedepth.Theexpressionsforthepotentialsareobtainedbythemethodofseparationofvariables,andtheunknowncoefficientsaredeterminedbytheboundaryconditionsandthematchingrequirementsontheinterface.Theeffectsofthemoonpoolonthehydrodynamiccharacteristicsofthebodyareinvestigated.Somepeaksareobservedonthecurvesoftheaddedmassanddampingcoefficients,correspondingtotheresonantfrequenciesofthemoonpool.Theinternalfreesurfacemoveslikeapistonatacertainlowresonantfrequency.
