Analysis of carbon and oxygen stable isotopes in carbonate rocks by the laser micro-sampling technique-中国期刊网

摘要 Theanalysisofstableisotopesofcarbonandoxygenindifferentcarbonaterocksbythephosphoricacidmethodisnoteasierthanthatbythelasersamplingmethoddevelopedinrecentyears,whichopticallyfocuseslaserbeamswithsufficientenergyonamicroareaofathinsectioninavacuumsampleboxviamicroscope.CO2producedbyheatingdecompositionofcarbonatewaspurifiedbythevacuumsystem,andthestableisotopicvaluesofcarbonandoxygenwerecalculatedandanalyzedonamassspectrometer.Thispaperadoptedthelasermicro-samplingtechniquetoanalyzethestableisotopesofcarbonandoxygenindolomite,carbonatecement,stromatoliteanddifferentformsofdawsonite(donbassite).Resultsindicatedthatthelasermicro-samplingmethodiseffectiveinanalyzingcarbonatecompositionandcouldbeaconvincingproofforjustificationoncarbonatecompositionanalysis.
