摘要 Withtheincreaseinminingdepth,mineheatharmhasappearedtobemoreprominent.Themineheatharmcouldberesolvedorreducedbyicerefrigeration.Thus,icetransportationthroughpipelinebecomesacriticalproblem;typicallyflowresistanceoccursintheelbow.Inthepresentstudy,accordingtotheanalysisofthesurfacemorphologyoffishscale,abiomimeticfunctionalsurfacestructurefortheinteriorwallofelbowisdesigned.Basedonthetheoryofliquid-solidtwophaseflow,aCFDnumericalsimulationofice-watermixtureflowingthroughtheelbowiscarriedoutusingfiniteelementmethod.Conventionalexperimentsofpressuredropandflowresistanceforbothbionicandcommonelbowsareconductedtotesttheeffectofthebionicelbowonflowresistancereduction.Itisfoundthatwiththeincreaseintheicemassfractionintheice-watermixture,theeffectofbionicelbowonresistancereductionbecomesmoreobvious.
