摘要
Thispaperusesfiniteelementmethodtoobtainthethree-dimensionaltemperaturefieldoflaser-inducedtransientthermalgrating(TTG)fortwo-layeredstructureofdiamondfilmonZnSesubstrate.Thenumericalresultsindicatethatuniquetwo-timesheatingprocessisgraduallyexperiencedintheareabetweentwoadjacentgratingstripes.However,thereisalittlechangeforthetemperaturefieldalongthedepthdirectionforthediamondfilmduetoitsgreatthermalconductivity.Itfurtherfindsthatthethicknessofthediamondfilmhasasignificantinfluenceonthetemperaturefieldindiamond/ZnSesystem.Theresultsareusefulfortheapplicationoflaser-inducedTTGtechniqueinfilm/substratesystem.
