Finite element analysis of three-dimensional laser-induced transient thermal grating in diamond/ZnSe system

摘要 Thispaperusesfiniteelementmethodtoobtainthethree-dimensionaltemperaturefieldoflaser-inducedtransientthermalgrating(TTG)fortwo-layeredstructureofdiamondfilmonZnSesubstrate.Thenumericalresultsindicatethatuniquetwo-timesheatingprocessisgraduallyexperiencedintheareabetweentwoadjacentgratingstripes.However,thereisalittlechangeforthetemperaturefieldalongthedepthdirectionforthediamondfilmduetoitsgreatthermalconductivity.Itfurtherfindsthatthethicknessofthediamondfilmhasasignificantinfluenceonthetemperaturefieldindiamond/ZnSesystem.Theresultsareusefulfortheapplicationoflaser-inducedTTGtechniqueinfilm/substratesystem.
