Inthispaper,supposingthatthereceivedsignalsattheinputareoftheformv（t）=s1[t,x1（t）]s2[t,x2（t）]+n（t）wheresiareFMsignals（i=1,2）,anovelcross-coupledphase-lockedloop（CCPLL（M））anditsmathematicalmodelareobtained.Theglobalqualitativestructuralanalysisofthemathematicalmodelofthefirst-orderloop,theacqui-sitionregionandsynchronizationregionofthefirst-orderloop,andthesynchronizationregionofthesecond-orderloopareobtained.
