摘要
Withthecombinationbetweensystemsimulationandvirtualreality,wehaveestablishedanintegratedvirtualrefinerysimulationplatform,andanalyzedtheoveralldesignandprincipalarchitecture.Thispaperintroducesasimulationalgorithmaboutarefinerybasedonvirtualreality,andexplainshowthealgorithmcanbeappliedtothevirtualrefineryintegratedsimulationplatformindetail.Thevirtualrefinerysimulationplatform,whichconsistsofathree-dimensionalscenesystem,anintegrateddatabasesystemandadynamic-staticsimulationsystem,hasmanyapplications,suchasdynamic-staticsimulationofkeyprocessunitusedasprocesscontrolandoiltankblendingsimulationforscheduling.Withthevisualizationandhuman-computerinteractionforacquiringproductionandprocessdata,thisplatformcanprovideeffectivesupportsonstafftrainingrelatedwithmonitoring,controlandoperationinrefinery.Virtualrefinerycanalsobewebpublishedthroughtheinternetanditishelpfulforthedistancetrainingandeducation.
