简介:摘要30余年来,无创通气(noninvasive ventilation,NIV)技术已成为轻中度急慢性呼吸衰竭患者的一线治疗方式。NIV治疗成功与否的关键因素与人机连接方式密切相关,比如口鼻面罩、鼻罩、口罩、全脸面罩或头罩。20%~30% 的NIV失败是由于鼻罩或面罩的并发症和不舒适引起的人机不同步,使患者住院病死率上升3倍以上。NIV的不同连接方式在性能、舒适度和耐受性方面各有特点,在不同疾病中的应用效果也有一定差异,本文主要讨论NIV连接方式的研究现状和在不同疾病中的临床应用。

简介:[摘要] 对于飞机复合材料结构的零部件而言,由于胶结的质量以及性能退化不易控制,目前主要使用的还是机械连接或者机械连接与胶结的混合连接方式。本文通过分析目前主要使用的连接件刚度计算方法,并将各种工程计算方法进行对比,提出了更适合工程使用的复合材料机械连接件刚度计算方法。
简介: [摘要 ] 目的 分析应用外置解剖型跟骨锁定钢板治疗跟骨骨折患者的护理。 方法 选取 2018年 6月~ 2020年 1月我院收治的 94例采用外置解剖型跟骨锁定钢板治疗的跟骨骨折患者予以分组,按照硬币法分为对照组和研究组,每组 47例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施综合护理干预,观察比较两组临床护理效果、并发症情况、护理满意度及相关知识掌握程度。 结果 对照组优良率、护理满意度均明显低于研究组,组间差异具有统计学意义( P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,组间具有统计学差异( P<0.05)。研究组应用外置解剖型跟骨锁定钢板治疗跟骨骨折后相关知识掌握程度与对照组患者比较,获得明显改善( P<0.05)。 结论 对应用外置解剖型跟骨锁定钢板治疗跟骨骨折患者开展护理干预,可显著提高临床疗效和护理满意度,改善足关节功能,减少并发症,值得临床采纳和大力推广。 [关键词 ] 跟骨骨折;外置解剖型跟骨锁定钢板;护理; 满意度 [Abstract] Objective To analyze the nursing of patients with calcaneal fracture treated by external anatomical calcaneal locking plate. Methods from June 2018 to January 2020, 94 cases of calcaneal fracture treated with external anatomical calcaneal locking plate were divided into two groups, 47 cases in each group. Routine nursing was performed in the control group and comprehensive nursing intervention was performed in the study group. Results the excellent rate and nursing satisfaction of the control group were significantly lower than that of the study group, the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05); the incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Compared with the patients in the control group, the level of knowledge in the study group was significantly improved (P < 0.05). Conclusion the application of external anatomical calcaneus locking plate in the treatment of calcaneus fracture can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction, improve the foot joint function, reduce complications, which is worthy of clinical adoption and promotion.

简介:摘要骨组织是神经系统重要的靶器官,神经元可整合机体内外环境因素从而调节骨的重建。神经系统在骨的正常代谢以及骨折愈合过程中发挥着重要的作用,它们被认为在参与间充质细胞包括骨髓干细胞有丝分裂和(或)骨形成发挥重要作用。骨髓腔为各类调节因子提供发挥作用的生物环境,并且现有的研究已证实神经系统在其中发挥着至关重要的作用。无论是外周神经系统还是中枢神经系统,通过释放神经肽物质,如神经肽Y(NPY)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、P物质(SP)、瘦素(Leptin)以及5-羟色胺(5-HT)等,与特定的受体结合并作用于特定的信号通路,从而调节人体的成骨细胞及破骨细胞增殖分化,钙化及重吸收等生理作用,达到调节机体成骨与破骨之间的平衡。通过对相关信号通路的深入研究,将会对临床治疗成骨/破骨相关疾病,骨组织工程研究等方面提供新的思路。本文就相关神经肽物质研究进展作一综述。
