简介:Insulatorsonhigh-voltageUansmissionlinesarealmosttheonlyman-madestructuresontheEarth'ssurfaceintendedforlong-termoperationunderstrongelectricfields.AftersamplesofnaturalcontaminantparticleswerecollectedfrominsulatorsurfacesinChina,itwasfoundthattheparticlediameterdistribution(PDD)wasmainlyconcentratedinthe5-50μmrange.Toanalyzethestatisticalcharacteristicsoftheseparticles,thisworkstudiesthephysicalprocessesofparticlecollisionandadhesionusingthetheoriesofhydrodynamicsandcollisiondynamics.Thephysicalmodelconsiderscouplingofthefluidfieldandtheelectricfield,introducesanadhesioncriterion,andestablishesaparticleandsurfacecollisionmodel.Theeffectsofrelativehumidity,windspeed,aerodynamicshape,electricfieldtype,andelectricfieldstrengthonparticleadhesionwereanalyzed.Theresultsshowthattherelativehumidityandwindspeedhaveverysignificanteffectsandtheinfluencesoftheelectricfieldtypeandtheelectricfieldstrengthareobvious,buttheinfluenceoftheaerodynamicshapeisrelativelyweak.Thesimulationresultssupportthestatisticalcharacteristicsdeterminedinthiswork.Thephysicalmodelestablishedhereprovidesreferencevaluesforstudyoftheadhesioncharacteristicsofparticlesonsurfacesunderelectricfields.
