简介:Inthispaper,aresearchontheproblemofmultiplesolutionsofthethree-coefficientlow-spectrummodelforthequasi-geostrophicoceancurrentequationwithforcinganddissipationtermsiscarriedout.Thestateoftheoceancurrentunderwindconditionssuchasthoseoftyphoonisdiscussedcarefullyandtherela-tionsbetweenthemultiplesolutionsandthecoefficientsRandεareanalyzed.Itisseenthatinanapproxi-matetriangularregionwiththeRossby-coefficientRlessthan0.5,andthefriction-coefficientεlessthan0.22,thereexistthreeequifibriumsolutions,amongwhichtwoarestableandoneisunstable.Fortheformer,thecoefficientAorBintheexpansionisratherlarge,whileforthelatter,AorBisrelativelysmall.TheyrespectivelyimplyhowmuchtheoceanenergyisfedbackfromthewindstressandthesolutionwithalargeAismuchmorestablethanthatwithalargerB.
