简介:OnaccountofthemultiformityofMEMSdevices,itisnecessarytointegratewithsomeopticalmeasurementtechniquesformeetingstaticanddynamicunittestrequirements.Inthispaper,anautomatedMEMStestsystemisbuiltofsomecommerciallyavailablecomponentsandinstrumentsbasedonvirtualinstrumenttechnology.Thesystemisintegratedwithstroboscopicimaging,computermicro-vision,microscopicMirauphaseshiftinginterferometry,andlaserDopplervibrometer,andisusedforthemeasurementoffull-viewin-planeandout-of-planegeometricparametersandperiodicalmotionsandsinglespotout-of-planetransientmotion.Thesystemconfigurationandmeasurementmethodsareanalyzed,andsomeapplicationsofthemeasurementofin-planeandout-of-planedimensionsandmotionsweredescribed.Themeasurementaccuracyofin-planedimensionsandout-of-planedimensionalisbetterthan0.2μmand5nmrespectively.Theresolutionofmeasuringin-planeandout-of-planemotionsisbetterthan15nmand2nmrespectively.
简介:Toobtaintherelationshipbetweenuseofinstallmenttensioningtechnologyandthebearingcapacityofprestressedconcretebeams,tensileandcyclicloadingtestsareconductedonfiverectangularprestressedconcretedspecimens.Twotypesofprestressedtensioningmethodsareadoptedinthetests,oneusesinstallmenttensioningtechnologytotensionbeamsondays4,12,and8,12,respectively,andtheotheradoptstheconventionalmethodtotensionthebeamonday28only.Theageofconcrete,numberoftimestensioned,andtheprestressvalueofearlytensioningareconsideredintests.Resultsshowthatuseofinstallmenttensioningtechnologyhasnoeffectonthebendingfailurepatternofprestressedconcretebeams,butitreducesprestresslossandincreasescrackandyieldloads.
简介:Topreventexpandedpolystyrene(EPS)beadsfromrisinguptothesurfaceinthemoldingprocessofEPSlightweightconcrete,vibrationwithpressurewasappliedandthepolyvinylacetate(PVA)emulsionwasadoptedtoimproveitsmechanicalproperties.Themechanicalproperties,thermalpropertiesanddurabilityofEPSlightweightconcreteweretested.ThemicrostructuresofEPSlightweightconcretewereobservedbyscanningelectronmicroscope(SEM).Vibrationwithpressurereducesthenumberofsmallcracks.The180dcompressivestrengthandflexuralstrengthincreaseobviouslyasalargeamountofPVAwasadded.ThemixedamountofPVAhasnoobviousinfluenceonthethermalperformancewhenitisnotmorethan10%ofthecement.VibrationwithpressureandsurfacemodificationofEPSbeadsbyPVAimprovethecombinationofEPSbeadswithcementstoneandthemechanicalpropertiesofEPSlightweightconcrete.
