简介：Threeresidualheterozygouslines(RHLs)carryingheterozygoussegmentsintheintervalsRM587-RM225,RM204-RM6119andRM6119-RM402ontheshortarmofricechromosome6,respectively,wereselectedfromaricepopulationderivedfromanRHLfortheintervalRM587-RM402.Tenmaternalhomozygotes,10paternalhomozygotesand20heterozygoteswereselectedfromeachoftheF2populationsderivedfromthethreeRHLs.Thethreesetsofnearisogeniclines(NILs)weregrowntodetectthegrainyieldperplant,numberofpaniclesperplant,numberoffilledgrainsperpanicleand1000-grainweight.WithanalysisonthephenotypicdifferencesamongthethreegenotypegroupsineachNILsetandthoseamongoverlappingchromosomesegmentsubstitutionlines,threeQTLsfornumberoffilledgrainsperpanicleandtwoQTLsforgrainyieldperplantwereresolved.Theywerelocatedintheintervalsrangingfrom0.66Mbto2.49Mb.Theadditiveeffectwashigherthanthedominanceeffectateachlocus.ThealleleforincreasingthetraitvaluewasderivedfromthepaternalparentatqNFGP6-1,andfromthematernalallelesatotherQTLs.Basedonthepresentstudy,anapproachforconstructingnewgeneticresourcetofacilitatefinemappingofQTLsinricewasproposed.
