简介：Determiningtheimportanceratingsoftechnicalcharacteristicsisatypicalgroupdecision-makingprocess.Thelinguistic-basedapproachcaneffectivelymanagetheimpreciseandmulti-granularityinformationinqualityfunctiondeploymentandfacilitatedecision-makinginderivingtheimportanceratings.Basedonthelinguisticweightedaveraging(LWA)operatorandthelinguistichybridaveraging(LHA)operator,apracticalapproachisproposedtofirstaggregatetheindividualjudgmentsintoacollectivevalueforeachtechnicalcharacteristicunderlinguisticenvironment,andthenmeasurethedeviationdegreeoflinguisticvariablestoobtaintheimportanceratingsoftechnicalcharacteristics.Acasestudyshowstheapplicationoftheproposedmethod.
