简介：Thispaperproposesanewdistributedwavelength-routedopticalburstswitching(WR-OBS)networkarchitectureandtwocorrespondingcontrolprotocols.Bytakingadvantageofmeritsfrombothjustenoughtime(JET)protocolandtwo-waysignalingmethod,thisnewcontrolarchitectureoutperformstraditionalJETOBSnetworkinpointsofburstlossprobability,systemthroughputandcentralizedWROBSnetworkinnetworkscalabilityconfirmedbycomputersimulations.Furthersimulationisdevelopedtocomparetheperformanceofthetwocontrolprotocols,whichleadstoinstructivediscussioninrealWR-OBSnetworkdesign.
