简介:Thekeyproblemfornumericalsimulationofplasmaarcwelding(PAW)processistodevelopasuitableandadaptivevolumetricheatsourcemodewhichreflectsthephysicalcharacteristicsofkeyholePAW.Tothisend,thekeyholegeometryunderdifferentPAWprocessconditionsmustbepredicted.Inthispaper,amathematicalmodelfordeterminingthekeyholeshapeisdevelopedwithconsideringthemassandmomentumconservationofthein-keyholeplasmajetaswellasthepressureequilibriumattheplasmajet/liquidmetalboundary.AsuitableheatsourcemodelrelatedtothekeyholeshapeisappliedtothecalculationofPAWwelddimensions.Thepredictedresultsareingoodagreementwiththeexperimentalones.

简介:Inthispaper,onthebasisofthephase-shiftedcontrolledzero-voltage-switch(ZVS)full-bridgeconverterwithpulsewidthmodulation(PWM),anovelzero-voltageandzero-currentswitch(ZVZCS)PWMconverterusingasimpleauxiliarycircuitwasdesigned.TheZVZCSsoftswitchisachievedbytheresonanceamongtheresistingelectromagneticdeflectioncapacitor,thecapacitorofthesimpleauxiliarynetworkandtheleakageinductoroftransformer.Therearenodissipationdevicesofthesaturationinductorandtheauxiliaryswitchintheconverter,meantimethecapacitoroftheauxiliarycircuitisalsousedtoclampthevoltageoftherectifier,andthereisnoadditionalclampedcircuit.Thereisnobigcirculatingcurrentintheconverter,alltheactiveandpassivedevicesworkontheconditionofthelowcurrentandvoltagestress,andtheproposedconverterhaswideloadrangeandsmalldutyloss.
