简介:ThereconstructionandsubsequentparticleidentificationisachallengeinacomplexandahighluminosityenvironmentsuchasthoseexpectedintheATLASdetectorattheLHC.TheATLASsoftwarehaschosentheobjectorientedparadigmandhasrecentlymigratedmuchofitssoftwarecomponentsdevelopedearlierusingproceduralprogramminglanguages.Thenewsoftware,whichemphasizesontheseparationbetweenalgorthmsanddataobjects,hasbeensuccessfullyintegratedinthebroaderATLASframework.Wewillpresentastatusreportofthereconstructionsoftwaresummarizingtheexperiencesgainedinthemigrationofseveralsoftwarecomponents.Wewillexaminesomeofthecomponentsofthecalorimetersoftwaredesign,whichincludesimulationofreal-timedetectoreffectsandonlineenvironment,andstrategiesdeployedforidentificationofparticles.
