简介:Theinfluenceofexternallowfrequency(0-100Hz)vibrationonthetip-sampleinteractioninSPMisthemainconcernofthispaper.Aconcept,vibrationrejectionratio(VRR)proposedbyThompsonetal,wasinvestigatedtheoreticallyandexperimentally.Aconcisetheoreticalbackgroundwasintroduced,avibrationstimulatingandmeasuringsystemforSPMwasbuiltup,andanexperimentalresearchoftheinfluenceonSPMVRRwascarriedoutwithdifferentSPMprobes,samples,tippre-loadsandopen/closeloopsoftip-sampleinteraction.ItwasprovedbothintheoryandexperimentthatSPMVRRhadcorrelationswiththespringconstant,theairdampingconstant,theeffectivemassofthecantilever,thecontactspringconstantandthecontactdampingconstantbetweentipandsample.SPM'svibrationrejectingabilitycanbeimprovedbylongercantileverprobe,softersamplesurface,greatertippre-load,andclose-loopcontrolfortip-sampleinteraction.Moreattentionshouldbepaidtoapropercombinationoftheaboveparameters.

简介:A0.18lmCMOSlownoiseamplifier(LNA)byutilizingnoise-cancelingtechniquewasdesignedandimplementedinthispaper.Current-reuseandself-biastechniqueswereusedinthefirststagetoachieveinputmatchingandreducepowerconsumption.ThecoresizeoftheproposedCMOSLNAcircuitwithoutinductorwasonly128lm9226lm.ThemeasuredpowergainandnoisefigureoftheproposedLNAwere20.6and1.9dB,respectively.The3-dBbandwidthcoversfrequencyfrom0.1to1.2GHz.Whenthechipwasoperatedatasupplyvoltageof1.8V,itconsumed25.69mW.ThehighperformanceoftheproposedLNAmakesitsuitableformultistandardlow-costreceiverfront-endswithintheabovefrequencyrange.

简介:Alow-costandeasilypreparedmanganesecarbonate(MnCO3)hasbeensynthesizedforcatalyticconversionof5-hydroxymethylfurfural(5-HMF)to2,5-diformylfuran(DFF).ThepropertiesandmorphologyofthemanganesecarbonateweremeasuredbySEM,XRD,TGA,BETandXPS.Inthismethod,noharshreactionconditionswererequired,anditwasasimpleandgreenprocessfortheoxidationof5-HMFintoDFF.ToachieveanoptimumDFFyield,differentreactionconditions,includingreactiontemperature,reactiontime,catalystamount,andsolventswereinvestigated.ResultsfromtheexperimentsindicatedthatthehighestDFFyieldof86.9%wasobtainedat120°Cunderatmosphericoxygenpressureafter6h.Finally,MnCO3couldbeusedatleastfivetimeswithconsiderablestability.
