  • 简介:Theearthquakestress-dropvaluesoftwosequenceswereaccuratelycalculatedaftertakingawaytheeffectsduetoregionalearthquakeanelasticattenuationandstationsiteresponse,usingwaveformdataandseismicphasedataofsequencesoftheJingguM_S6.6,andLudianM_S6.5earthquakesinYunnan.Theseresultsshowthatthestressdropwithmagnitudeincreaseswithinthescopeofthisstudyofmagnitude.Aftereliminatingtheinfluenceofthemagnitude,theaveragevalueofstress-dropintheJinggusequenceishigherthanthatoftheLudiansequenceatthesamemagnituderange.Thismayberelatedtothestressstateindifferentregions.Intermsofthechangesoftimeandspaceofstress-drop,beforeM_S5.8strongaftershock,thestress-dropis'slowingdown-turningup-keepingahighvalue'afterthemainshock,meanwhile,almostalloftheabnormallyhighstressdropvalueisdistributedaroundtheM_S5.8strongaftershock,showingthatthestressenvironmentintheregionwasincreasingafterthemainshock.AndaftertheM_S5.9strongaftershock,stress-droprapidlydeclinestoarelativelystablestate,meanwhile,thehighvalueofstress-dropisdistributedaroundthestrongaftershock,showingthattheregionaltectonicstressgetsmorefullyrelease,itsstressenvironmentbeginstorapidlydecrease.FortheLudiansequencewithoutastrongaftershockoccurring,theaveragevalueofstressdropislowerthanthatoftheJingguearthquakesequenceatthesamemagnituderange,whileatthesametime,thestress-dropoftheaftershocksequencealmosthasn'tchangedmuch.Inthetimeafterthemainshock,combinedwiththereleasecharacteristicsofthemainenergy,thestressintheregionisexcessivelyreleased,thesubsequentstressintheregiongraduallyreturnstonormal.ThismaybethereasonwhytheactivityofLudianaftershockssignificantlywasweakerandsubsequentlytherewerenostrongaftershocksoccurred.

  • 简介:TheJuly3,2015PishanM_S6.5earthquakeoccurredintheintersectionareaoftheTarimblockandWestKunlunblockwherethemoderate-strongearthquakeshavebecomeactiveinrecentyears.Thispaperhasstudiedtheseismicityparametersoftheearthquakesequencessuchastheb-valueinthePishanregionanditsvicinity.Inaddition,wealsorelocatedtheaftershocksofthePishanM_S6.5earthquakeusingtheseismicphasereportbythedouble-differencemethod.ThetemporalandspatialvariationcharacteristicsofthePishanearthquakesequenceintherupturezoneareanalyzed.Thestudyisofgreatsignificanceintheseismichazardassessmentinthisregion.

  • 简介:Inthispaper,statisticsaretakenontheco-seismicresponseofundergroundfluidinYunnantotheNepalM_S8.1earthquake,andtheco-seismicresponsecharacteristicsofthewaterlevelandwatertemperatureareanalyzedandsummarizedwiththedigitaldata.TheresultsshowthattheNepalM_S8.1earthquakehadgreaterimpactontheYunnanregion,andthemacroandmicrodynamicsoffluidsshowedsignificantco-seismicresponse.Theearthquakerecordingcapacityofwaterlevelandtemperaturemeasurementissignificantlyhigherthanthatofwaterradonandwaterqualitytothislargeearthquake;themaximumamplitudeanddurationofco-seismicresponseofwaterlevelandwatertemperaturevarygreatlyindifferentwells.Thechangingformsaredominatedbyfluctuationandstepriseinwaterlevel,andarisingorfallingrestorationinwatertemperature.Fromtherecordsofthemainshockandthemaximumstrongaftershock,wecanseethatthegreatermagnitudeofearthquake,thehigherratiooftheoccurrenceofco-seismicresponse,andinthesamewell,thelargertheresponseamplitude,aswellasthelongertheduration.Theamplitudeanddurationofco-seismicresponserecordedbydifferentinstrumentsinasamewellaredifferent.Watertemperatureco-seismicresponsealmostoccurredinwellswithwaterlevelresponse,indicatingthatthewellwaterlevelandwatertemperaturearecloselyrelatedinco-seismicresponse,andthewellwatertemperatureseismicresponsewascausedmainlybywellwaterlevelseismicresponse.

  • 简介:Inordertostudythecharacteristicsofcrustaldeformationaroundtheepicenterbeforethe2016M_S6.4Menyuanearthquake,theGPScontinuousstationsoftheperiodfrom2010to2016wereselectedaccordingtotheobservationdataofthetectonicenvironmentmonitoringnetworkinChineseMainland.Thedeformationcharacteristicsofthecrustbeforetheearthquakewerediscussedthroughinter-stationbaselinetimeseriesanalysisandthestraintimeseriesanalysisintheepicentralregion.Theresultsshowthatatrendturnofthebaselinemovementstatearoundtheepicenterregionoccurredafter2014,andthemovementafter2014reflectsanobviousdecreasingtrendofcompressionaldeformation.Duringthisperiod,thestressfieldenergywasinacertainaccumulationstate.Sincethebeginningof2014,theEW-componentlinearstrainandsurfacestrainrateweakenedgraduallybeforetheearthquake.Itshowsthattherewasanobviousdeformationdeficitattheepicentralareainthepasttwoyears,whichindicatesthattheregionaccumulatedahighdegreeofstrainenergybeforetheearthquake.Therefore,therewasasignificantbackgroundchangeintheareabeforetheearthquake.Theresultsofthestudycanprovidebasicresearchdataforunderstandingtheseismogenicprocessandmechanismofthisearthquake.

  • 简介:Inthispaper,accordingtotheresultsofthesatelliteimageryinterpretationandfieldinvestigation,westudytheactivefeaturesandthelatestactivetimesoftheChuxiong-Nanhuafault,theQuaternarybasinsformationmechanism,andtherelationshipbetweenthefaultandthe1680ChuxiongMs6%earthquake.SeveralQuaternaryprofilesatLvhe,NanhuarevealthatthefaulthasoffsetthelatePleistocenedepositsoftheT2andT3terracesofLongchuanriver,indicatingthatthefaultwasobviouslyactiveinlateQuaternary,TheChuxiong-NanhuafaulthasbeendominatedbydextralstrikeslipmotioninthelateQuaternary,withanaveragerateof1.6-2.Omm/a.SeveralpullapartQuaternarybasinsofChuxiong,Nanhua,andZiwuetc.havedevelopedalongthefault.The1680ChuxiongMs6%earthquakeandseveralmoderateearthquakeshaveoccurrednearthefault.TheChuxiong-Nanhuafaultaretheseismogenicstructureofthoseearthquakes,thelatestfaultmovementwasinthelate-Pleistocene,andeventheHolocene.Inlargearea,theChuxiong-NanhuafaultandtheeasternQujiangfaultandtheShipingfaultcomposedasetofNW-trendingobliqueorientationactivefaults,andthemotioncharacteristicsareallmainlydextralstrikeslip.Themotioncharacteristics,liketheredriverfaultoftheSichuan-YunnanRhombicBlocksouthwesternboundary,areconcernedwiththeescapingmovementoftheSichuan-YunnanRhombicBlock.

  • 简介:ThecycleprocessofthetidalforcenichefortheLudianMs6.5earthquakeoccurringinLudianCounty,YunnanProvince,ChinaonAugust3,2014wascalculated.Theearthquakeoccurrednearthemiddlepointphase.Itindicatesthatthetypeofseismogenicfaultthatthetideforceactedonbelongstothethrustfault.Accordingtothetidalnichecycle,theabnormalOLR(OutgoingLong-waveRadiation)changewasanalyzedbasedonNOAAsatellitedataaroundthewholelandareaofChinabeforeandaftertheearthquake.TheresultshowsthattheOLRchangedevidentlywithtideforcechange.Temporally,thechangewentthroughtheevolutionprocessofinitialOLRrise→strengthening→abnormalpeaking→attenuation→returningtonormal;andspatially,theabnormalareawounditswayalongtheZhaotong-Ludianfaultandwentthroughascattered→conversion→scatteredprocess.Thisprocessissimilartothechangeprocessofrockbreakingunderstressloading.TheresultsindicatethatthetidalforceofacelestialbodycouldtriggeranearthquakewhenthetectonicstressreachesitscriticalbreakingpointandtheOLRanomalyisproportionaltotheseismictectonicstresschange.ItisofgreatusetocombineOLRandtidalforceinearthquakeprecursoryobservation.

  • 简介:帕米尔高原位于地中海-喜马拉雅地震带上,晚新生代以来随着印度板块向欧亚板块持续不断地挤压汇聚,其构造运动是欧亚大陆最强烈的地区。高原腹地发育一系列近SN向正断层,包括近SN向的塔什库尔干正断层所处的帕米尔中部现代区域的构造应力场以EW向水平拉张为主。2016年11月25日发生的阿克陶Ms6.7级地震的发震构造为塔什库尔干断层分支的NWW向木吉盆地北缘断层,其具有右旋走滑兼正断性质。地震在震中附近产生同震地表形变带,全长约lkm,呈近SN--NNE向水平拉伸,发育近EW—NWW向的张裂缝,为地震破裂的产物,张裂缝的最大水平拉伸位移量和最大垂直位移量分别为46cm和16cm。地表破裂带中的NE和Nw向张剪裂缝只是连接贯通这些雁列的张裂缝,其水平相对位移量取决于张裂缝的水平拉伸量和张裂缝之间的几何关系。地表形变带表现的拉张性质与帕米尔高原腹地区域现代应力场最大主压应力为垂直向基本一致,可能与深部热物质上涌造成的上地壳拉伸有关。而地表形变带呈近SN向水平拉张,与区域近EW向拉张应力场之间存在显著差异,这可能是木吉盆地北缘右旋走滑正断层阶区局部应力场调整的结果。

  • 简介:2017年8月8日在四川阿坝州九寨沟县发生了Ms7.0地震,这是继2008年四川汶川Ms8.0地震和四川芦山Ms7.0地震后在此地区发生的又一强震。本研究对此次地震中的66组主震记录进行了常规校正处理,基于此分析了此次地震中典型台站——九寨百合台站的地震动特征,并通过地震动的峰值加速度、反应谱参数分析了近场效应特征。研究结果表明:九寨百合台站的三分量峰值加速度都超过了100gal,而地震动持时相对较短,并且三分量反应谱在短周期大于Ⅷ度多遇地震设计谱,小于Ⅷ度罕遇地震设计谱;由于九寨沟地震属于典型的走滑型地震,因此地震动参数的方向性特征不明显;九寨沟地震的地震动的峰值加速度以及反应谱谱值小于同等震级的芦山地震,并且小于几个典型衰减关系的预测值。对九寨沟地震的地震动参数特征研究表明,此次地震是一次震级较大、但灾害损毁程度较低的地震。
