简介：1.前言据估计,全球慢性乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染者多达3.6亿,我国占1.2亿[1].慢性感染者中约50%～75%有活跃的病毒复制和肝脏炎症改变,部分慢性肝炎可进展为肝硬化、肝衰竭或原发性肝癌,是主要的疾病死亡因素之一[2].慢性乙型肝炎病毒感染的自然病程漫长,可持续30～50年,并且多在青壮年时期发病.期间可分为免疫耐受期、免疫清除期、残留期(低复制或无复制期)或终末肝病期.
