简介:考虑在基于"互联网+"的新型消费市场中,结合我国废旧电子电器产品的回收问题,构建了由单一供应商和网络平台组成的E-闭环供应链,以此解决传统废旧产品回收过程中效率低下等问题。在E-闭环供应链中,分别对供应商主导的决策模式和网络平台主导的决策模式进行研究,对比了不同的领导力量和供应链渠道力量对均衡价格、服务水平和利润的影响。在此基础上,进一步研究E-闭环供应链的协调机制,设计一种供应商对网络平台的成本分担契约,找出了适当的成本分担比例的取值范围,实现了系统决策效率的改进。最后通过数值算例证明模型结论,并对模型做敏感性分析,提出相关管理启示和建议。文章研究成果将进一步丰富完善E-闭环供应链的理论基础,有利于学者的进一步深入研究。
