简介：利用扫描电镜、膜层磁性测厚仪、粗糙度仪等设备，通过耐蚀性点滴试验，研究了轴承零件表面存在脏污、油污、锈蚀、酸浸、盐结晶、油墨印痕等常见表面缺陷对磷化膜质量的影响。研究结果表明与正常部位相比，当零件表面有脏污、油墨印痕处时，未能形成磷化膜；而油污处、锈蚀处形成细而薄的磷化膜，酸浸导致结晶颗粒粗大；盐结晶由于磷化过程的清洗溶解，磷化膜的结晶未受到影响。
