简介：摘要目的建立蒙药清血八味散的薄层鉴别方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对处方中的栀子、土木香、紫草、甘草等四味药进行定性鉴别。结果3批本制剂中栀子、土木香、紫草和甘草TLC鉴别均呈阳性。本法专属性强、操作简便、分离理想、斑点清晰、结果满意。结论方法可行、重现性好、能准确监控该制剂的鉴别研究。

简介：　　【摘 要】目的：分析全自动血细胞分析仪和血涂片细胞形态学运用于血常规检验中的效果及价值。方法：对本医院收入及予以血常规检验的 184例受检者开展调查分析，选取时间是 2017年 2月至 2019年 11月，对全部受检者均采取全自动血细胞分析仪检测及血涂片细胞形态学检测，研究检测结果。结果： 184例受检者中，采取全自动血细胞分析仪检查呈现阳性占据 37.50%，血涂片细胞形态学检查呈现阳性占据 28.80%。将血涂片细胞形态学检查结果作为金标准，全自动血细胞分析仪检查的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别是 92.45%、 84.73%、 71.01%、 96.52%。结论：在血常规检验中采用全自动血细胞分析仪检测及血涂片细胞形态学检测均可获得良好效果，需要依据受检者的实际状况及临床需求合理选取检测方法。  　　【关键词】全自动血细胞分析仪；血涂片细胞形态学；血常规检验  　 [Abstract] Objective: to analyze the effect and value of automatic hematology analyzer and blood smear cell morphology in blood routine examination. Methods: a total of 184 patients were investigated and analyzed. The selected time was from February 2017 to November 2019. All the patients were tested by automatic hematology analyzer and blood smear cell morphology. The results were studied. Results: among 184 patients, 37.50% of them were positive by using automatic hematology analyzer, and 28.80% of them were positive by using blood smear cell morphology. The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value were 92.45%, 84.73%, 71.01% and 96.52% respectively. Conclusion: in the routine blood test, the automatic blood cell analyzer and blood smear cell morphology can achieve good results. It is necessary to select a reasonable detection method according to the actual situation and clinical needs of the examinee.
