简介:本文对硫铝酸盐水泥熟料矿物组成进行计算推导,并分析矿物组成对熟料质量的影响,以便提高产品质量。
简介:用高碳粉煤灰及石灰石、石膏等为原料,在1250℃条件下烧成了高铁贝利特硫铝酸盐水泥,其主要矿物组成C2S为51%-55%,C4A3S为20%-30%,C4AF为12%-25%;水泥1d强度达35MPa,28d强度达66MPa。试验结果发现:熟料早期强度随C4A3S和C4AF含量的增加而增大,而C2S则更有利于后期强度的发挥;水泥强度随石膏掺量的增大而增加,但掺量不宜过多,否则反而会造成强度下降。
