简介：摘要:随着经济的发展，我国工业用电和居民用电正在不断攀升，电厂面临的发电压力也在不断加大。磨煤机作为火电厂发电设备中的重要组成部分，承担着为发电机组提供有效原材料的重要任务，其运行效率直接关系到电厂的发电成本和经济效益。本文对ZGM型中速辊式磨煤机加载油进行了介绍，分析了该型号磨煤机加载油系统的结构及存在的故障,并针对故障情况提出了解决方法及调试过程。撰写本文的目的在于通过分析故障情况及原因，制订检修方法,提高磨煤机运行的可靠性、安全性,对同类设备的检修调试提出建议及借鉴。 关键词：磨煤机;加载油;比例溢流阀 ABSTRACT：With the development of economy, the industrial and residential power consumption in China is rising, and the power generation pressure faced by power plants is also increasing. As an important part of power plant power plant, coal mill is responsible for providing effective raw materials for power generating units. Its operating efficiency is directly related to the power generation cost and economic benefits of the power plant. This paper introduces the oil loading system of ZGM type medium speed roller coal mill, analyzes the structure and existing faults of the loading oil system of ZGM type coal mill, and puts forward the solution and debugging process for the fault situation. 简介：摘要：DCS系统即分散控制系统，它是利用控制分散、操作和管理集中的设计思路作为基础，硬件上采用微处理器为基础，控制功能分散、显示操作集中、兼顾分而自治和综合协调的设计原则的新一代仪表控制系统。和利时DCS系统因其功能强大、使用便利在工业自动化、轨道交通自动化、医疗自动化、工业信息安全方面有着十分重要的作用，伴随着和利时MACSV6.5.2的维护使用量增加，从中发现并总结了该系统的多个非典型的异常及处理方法。
