简介：　　摘 要：目的 探析對咳嗽变异性哮喘患者应用中医麻杏甘石汤加减方治疗的临床疗效。方法 选取 2018年 1月～ 2020年 1月入我院呼吸科接受诊疗的 85例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者作为研究对象，按随机方式将其分为中医组 45例和对照组 40例，给予对照组患者常规“酮替芬 +丙卡特罗片”西医药物方案治疗，中医组给予麻杏甘石汤加减方治疗，疗程结束观察组疗效，不良反应发生情况。结果 中医组患者治疗总有效率 97.77%，高于对照组 85.00%，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05） ；对照组不良反应 7.50%高于中医组 0，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论 中医麻杏甘石汤加减方治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效确切，安全性高，治疗应用价值高。 　　关键词：麻杏甘石汤；中医治疗；咳嗽；变异性哮喘 　 Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical effect of Maxingganshi Decoction on cough variant asthma. method Methods: 85 patients with cough variant asthma who were admitted to the respiratory department of our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into the traditional Chinese medicine group (45 cases) and the control group (40 cases). The control group was given the conventional "ketotifen + procaterol tablets" western medicine scheme, and the traditional Chinese medicine group was given the modified Maxingganshi decoction. After the course of treatment, the observation group had good effect Reaction occurrence. Results the total effective rate of TCM group was 97.77%, which was higher than that of control group (85.00%), the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); the adverse reaction rate of control group was 7.50% higher than that of TCM group 0, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Maxingganshi decoction is effective and safe in treating cough variant asthma.
