简介：　　 [摘要 ] 目的 分析在急诊面部外伤手术中应用整形外科清创术修复的临床价值。方法 选取该院在 2018年 2月— 2020年 2月所收治的 120例急诊面部外伤患者作为研究对象，结合患者的年龄、经济水平、创伤位置等临床资料进行回顾性分析，并在术后 1年对患者进行治疗满意度回访，评估伤口恢复情况。结果 在 120例急诊面部外伤患者中，治疗总满意度为 93.33%。有 5例行普通外科手术患者由于创伤愈合效果不佳，瘢痕显著而至整形科完成二次修復 ;有 3例放弃手术修复的患者因伤口感染而至医院再次进行清创缝合。结论 应用整形外科清创缝合术对急诊面部外伤患者进行治疗，其临床疗效显著，有助于实现良好的预后效果。  　　 [关键词 ] 整形外科 ;清创缝合术 ;急诊面部外伤  [Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical value of debridement in emergency facial trauma. Methods 120 patients with emergency facial trauma admitted in the hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects, and the patients' age, economic level, trauma location and other clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. The patients' treatment satisfaction was followed up one year after operation to evaluate the wound recovery. Results in 120 patients with facial trauma, the total satisfaction rate was 93.33%. Because of poor wound healing and obvious scar, 5 cases of general surgery patients came to the plastic surgery department to complete the second repair; 3 cases of patients who gave up the surgical repair came to the hospital for debridement and suture due to wound infection. Conclusion the application of debridement and suture of plastic surgery in the treatment of emergency facial trauma has a significant clinical effect, which is helpful to achieve a good prognosis.
