  • 简介:研究了铂力系列皮板喷涂染料的溶解性、耐酸碱稳定性。以铂力喷涂红为代表优化喷染液配方。研究结果表明:铂力系列喷涂染料的溶解性、耐酸碱稳定性均胄巳达到工艺要求;用染料2%,NH4AC0.6%,Na2SO40.6%,pH值6.7的染液喷染的皮板颜色均匀、色泽自然、具有优良的耐干、湿擦坚牢度。

  • 简介:制革行业所用的染料一般是采用纺织用染料,皮革专用染料趋向于开发联苯胺的代用品、金属络合染料以及活性染料。皮革专用染料要求能与皮纤维很好地结合,具有较好的耐光、耐洗、耐摩擦坚牢度、良好的匀染特性以及具有使用安全无毒的特点。相比之下,国外皮革专用染料品种多,质量好,如德国拜耳、巴斯夫公司、瑞士山姆士公司都有几十种皮革专用染料。自1995年德国政府禁止生产和销售会产生致癌芳香胺的偶氮染料所染色的纺织品和皮革制品,对中国染料界和皮革界震动很大。皮革染色所常用的染料为直接、酸性染料,被禁用的染料不少品种是皮革染色常用的染料,如直接黑BN,酸性大红GR等,所以开发皮革专用染料已成为一项紧迫任务。
