简介:摘要随着科学技术的发展,航空工程的发展也突飞猛进。航空发动机部件通常工作在污染的流体中,如污染的燃油、滑油及空气。如果发动机还采用了提供飞机液压系统或发动机反推力系统功能的部件,涉及到的其它污染流体也适用。为了验证航空发动机部件在污染的流体环境中能够正常运行,美国联邦航空局(FAA)针对FAR33《航空发动机适航规章》第33.91条“系统和部件试验”的咨询通告AC33.91-1《发动机系统和部件试验》建议对接触流体的部件开展流体污染试验验证工作。针对航空发动机主要涉及的燃油、滑油及空气3种流体,本文对其污染试验的适航相关要求进行浅析,为航空发动机研制工程技术人员开展流体污染适航验证试验工作提供技术参考。
