简介：目的：分析眼部黑色素瘤临床和病理学特点,以利于早期正确诊断和治疗。方法：回顾性系列病例研究。收集我院2001-08/2011-08门诊及住院眼部黑色素瘤24例,复习患者的临床和病理资料,所有病例采用常规石蜡切片、HE染色,部分病例常规诊断困难的加做S-100蛋白和HMB-45免疫组织化学染色。Excel建立数据库,应用SPSS17.0软件进行统计学分析。结果：患者24例均为单眼发病,男13例,女11例;左眼14例,右眼10例;3例眼睑恶性黑色素瘤,6例原发性结膜黑色素瘤;15例葡萄膜黑色素瘤。结论：黑色素瘤组织病理学变化多样,多数病例常规病理确诊,免疫组织化学对黑色素瘤诊断和鉴别诊断有重要价值。

简介：目的探讨防盲活动中贫困白内障手术质量控制方法。方法年终检查时（距手术后最短时间为一个月,大部分都在术后三月以上）设计了一套质量评估方案,即随机、按一定的比例进行检查,包括按8%抽查病历,2%电话随访,0.5%现场入户检查。结果2009年我省贫困白内障手术任务13000例,实际完成13308例。手术方式主要为小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除及人工晶体植入术,其中8%的病人采取了超声乳化手术。病历抽查：93%的病历能按省卫生厅和省防盲办要求的规范执行,其中观察术后矫正视力〉0.3达91.23%,人工晶体植入率97.82%。电话随访结果是老百姓对该项工程满意率达92.30%。现场入户调查结果,对手术效果（100分）评分98.87,对政府组织（100分）等评分99.98,现场视功能检查（包括日常生活对视力的需求）评分（总分40分）37.43。术后并发症发生率﹤5%,主要表现为瞳孔变形和后发白内障。结论按一定比例,随机采取病历检查、电话随访和现场入户相结合的方法进行调查,是贫困白内障患者复明工程手术质量的良好控制方法。

简介：AIM:Todeterminethehistopathologicalchangesofrifampicinappliedintravitreallyonretinalganglioncellsbymeansofstereologicalandhistopathologicalmethods.METHODS:Forthisstudytwenty-fourNewZealandadultrabbitsweredividedintofourgroups(n=6foreachgroup).50μg/0.1mL(group1),100μg/0.1mL(group2),150μg/0.1mL(group3)and200μg/0.1mL(group4),rifampicinwereinjectedintothevitreousoftherighteyesofanimals,theirlefteyeswereusedascontrol(group5).Afterthe28thdayofapplication,animalswereanesthetisedwithxylazine(8mg/kg,IM)andthentheireyeswereenucleatedimmediately.Patternsweretakenawayandeyeswerepreparedforbothstereologicalandelectromicroscopicobservation.RESULTS:Dependingonthehighdoseofrifampicin,somehistopathologicalchangessuchascytoplasmicdilatationanddamagedmembranewereobservedontheelectromicroscopiclevel.Usingquantitativeexamination,whichwasdoneatthelightmicroscopiclevel,itwasshownthatthenumberofneuronsdecreasedlinearlyasrifampicindoseincreasedwhencomparedwiththecontrolgroup.CONCLUSION:Basedonthesefindings,low-doserifampicin(50μg/0.1mL)maybeusefulfortreatmentoftheoculardiseases.

简介：AIM:ToanalyzecasesofobstructionofthenasolacrimalductwhichcreatesafertileenvironmentforsecondarybacterialInfectionandcanresultindacryocystitis,whichisaconstantthreattocorneaandorbitalsofttissueandapotentialsourceofendophthalmitisfollowingintraocularsurgery.Themajorityofobstructionsofthelacrimalexcretoryoutflowsystemareacquiredonesoccurringinadulthoodandinvolvingthedistalpartsofthesystem.Acquiredobstructionmaybeprimary/idiopathicorsecondarytoawidevarietyofinfectious,inflammatory,traumatic,mechanical,toxicorneoplasticcausesmimickingidiopathicinflammation.Thesecasesaretreatedbydacryocystorhinostomy(DCR).METHODS:Thepresentstudywasconductedtodeterminethehistopathologic,immunohistochemicalandcurrentmicrobiologiccharacteristicsoflacrimalsacspecimensinpatientsundergoingexternaldacryocystorhinostomy.RESULTS:Non-specificlacrimalsacpathologywaspresentinall33casesand81.8%ofthecasesshowedmoderatechronicinflammationwithachronicinflammatoryscore(CIS)rangingbetween4and6,whereas12.12%showedsevereinflammatorychangeswithaCISof7.Milddegreeofinflammationwasseenin6.06%withaCISof3.Thetotalprevalenceofgrampositive,gram-negative,andculture-negativesampleswere59.4%,37.5%,and3%respectively.CONCLUSION:Non-specificchronicinflammationwithfibrosisisindeedthemostcommonlyreportedhistopathologicalfindinginlacrimalsacwallbiopsyspecimens.

简介：Choroidalneovascularization(CNV)isanuncommoncomplicationassociatedwithamacularhole.Inthiscasereportofararecondition,wepresentapathologicmyopiapatientwithaco-existentmacularholeandchoroidalneovascularmembrane.ThepatientwastreatedwithphotodynamictherapyforCNV,andthenvitreoussurgeryfortheretinaldetachmentandmacularhole.Attheendof4yearsfollow-up,hervisualacuitywasimprovedto0.1whilethemacularholeremainedopen.OpticalcoherencetomographyisausefulinspectionmethodofthediagnosisofCNVandmacularhole.
