简介：　　【摘要】目的：分析血液透析联合血液灌流应用在老年维持性透析患者肾性骨病治疗中对肾功能生化指标的改善价值。方法：抽取我院在 2018年 12月 -2020年 1月诊治的老年维持性透析患者肾性骨病患者 64例作为研究对象，分为观察组 32例和对照组 32例，观察组实施血液透析与血液灌流联合指标，对照组仅应用血液透析治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果、治疗后生化指标的改善情况。结果：经过治疗后，观察组患者治疗总有效率为 93.75%，显著高于对照组 68.75%，数据比较有意义， P<0.05;患者的肾功能生化指标数据显著优于对照组， P<0.05。结论：在老年维持性透析患者肾性骨病的临床治疗中，应用血液透析联合血液灌流可显著改善生化指标，提升透析治疗效果，可应用  　　【关键词】肾性骨病 ;维持性透析 ;血液透析 ;血液灌流 ;改善价值  　　 Objective: to analyze the value of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion in the treatment of renal osteopathy in elderly patients with maintenance dialysis. Methods: 64 elderly patients with renal osteopathy treated in our hospital from December 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into observation group (n = 32) and control group (n = 32). Results: after treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%, significantly higher than 68.75% of the control group, the data was more significant, P < 0.05; the biochemical indicators of renal function of patients were significantly better than that of the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: in the clinical treatment of renal osteopathy in elderly patients with maintenance dialysis, the application of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion can significantly improve the biochemical indicators and enhance the effect of dialysis treatment, which can be applied
