简介:Polymerchaincoilswithentanglementisacrucialscaleofstructuresinpolymermaterialssincetheirrelaxationtimesarematchingpracticalprocessingtimes.Basedonthephenomenologicalmodelofpolymerchaincoilsandanewfiniteelementapproach,wehavedesignedacomputersoftwareincludingsolver,pre-andpost-processingmodules,anddevelopedadigitalanalysistechnologyforthemorphologyofpolymerchaincoilsinflowfields(DAMPC).Usingthistechnologywemaysimulatethemorphologydevelopmentofchaincoilsinvariousflowfields,suchassimpleshearflow,elongationalflow,andanycomplexflowattransientorsteadystate.Theapplicationsmadeuptonowshowthatthesoftwarepredictionsarecomparablewithexperimentalresults.
