简介：本文通过问卷对河南省S县艾滋病致孤儿童的救助状况进行调查发现，河南省针对艾滋病致孤儿童的救助政策和措施取得了很好的成效。但是，仍然存在救助水平较低、救助专业化水平不高、发展性救助措施效果一般等问题。基于社会保护理论的视角，为了促进艾滋病致孤儿童健康成长，必须构建社会保护取向的社会福利体系。
