简介：ThispaperpresentsametodologyforplanningnewsdhtargettransmissionnetworkinChina,whichisof,instructureintofourlevels:theinter-provincebackbonenetwork,theintra-provincebackbonenetworks,localnetworks,andsubscriberaccessnetworks.Atmeantime,inordertoobtainhighdegreeofnetworksurvivability,topologyconfigureofprotectionandreconfigurationforeachlevelnetworkisalsodiscussed.Inordertohelptheplannerincomputer-aiddesignandanalysis,amodifiedintegratedself-healingnetworkdesignalgorithms(TheintegrationofCapacityAssignmentOptimizationAlgoritms,RD,SSRandDSH)whichsupportthisplanningmethodologyispresentedanddiscussed.Thecomputersimulationresultsarealsogiventoshowthepracticalapplicationofthismethodologyandbenefitsofthisalgorithm.Theresultsshowthatthisalgorithmisveryeffectivefordesigningahigherdegreeofself-healingnetworkwithleast-sparecapacity.
