  • 简介:本项目研发一种能够满足铝及其合金焊接工艺要求的高端数字化逆变式焊机。采用研究成熟的软开逆变主回路和双CPU高精度控制系统的控制回路,新型智能PI算法实现铝及其合金高要求的焊接。采用DeviceNet通讯协议,实现与焊接机器人的配套,应用到自动化生产中。此外,相移软开关技术使逆变电源的开关损耗趋近于0,大大提高了设备的可靠性,且使产品具有体积小、重量轻、节能、功率因数高等优点,又体现出其环保、节能的优势特点。
