  • 简介:Takingα-FeandNd2Fe14Bgrainsasexample,thegrainsizedependenceoftheexchange-couplinginteractionandeffectiveanisotropyandalsotheirvariationsdependingontheratioofmagneticallysoftandhardgrainsizes,Ds∶Dh,wereinvestigated.WhengrainsizeD>Lex,thegrain'sanisotropyisthestatisticvalueofthecoupledanduncoupledpart.TheanisotropyconstantofuncoupledpartisthecommonvalueK1andthatofcoupledpartvarieswiththedistancetothegrainsurface.Theeffectiveanisotropyconstantbetweenmagneticallysoftandhardgrains,Keff,canbeexpressedasthesumoftheproductsofvolumefractionsforsoftandhardgrains,respectively,andthecorrespondingmeananisotropyconstants.Thecalculationresultsindicatethattheexchange-couplinginteractionisenhancedwiththereductionofgrainsize,andtheeffectiveanisotropydecreaseswithreducinggrainsizeandincreasingratioofDs∶Dh.Inordertogethigheffectiveanisotropyconstant,Keff,incompositemagneticallysoft-hardgrains,thehardgrainsizeshouldbelargerthan30nmandthesoftgrainsizeshouldbeabout10nm.
