简介：摘要目的探讨腰椎麻醉在长寿老年人手术中的作用.方法１６例长寿老年人,ASAⅣ级,年龄最高者１０４岁.男１１例,女５例,行腰椎麻醉.８例,行L２、３穿刺;６例,行L３、４穿刺;２例,行L１、２穿刺.蛛网膜下腔内注入０．７５％布比卡因１．６－２．０mL.结果所有针对于长寿老年人麻醉及手术均顺利,未见脊髓损伤等严重并发症.结论.关于长寿老年人下腹、鞍区及下肢手术的麻醉,如有条件应实施腰椎麻醉,可减少围术期并发症,保护重要脏器的生理功能.关键词长寿老年人腰椎麻醉AbstractobjectiveTobrieflydescribestheroleoflumbaranesthesiaonthelongevityelderlyundergoingsurgery．Methods１６caseslongevityelderly,ASAIV．Ageisthehighestattheageof１０４,Andthemenare１１,thewomenare５．Allthecasesimplementlumbarspinalanesthesia,whichmeanstoinject１．６~２．０mlbupivＧacaine(０．７５％)inthesubarachnoidspace．The２casesspinalofL１,２puncture．the８casesspinalofL２,３puncture．the６casesspinalofL３,４puncture．ResultsAllopＧerationlongevityelderlyhavesmoothimplementationwithouttheseriouscomplicationssuchasspinalcordinjury．ConclusionInregardtothelongevityelderly,hypogasＧtrium,sellaregionalandlowerlimbssurgeryanesthesia,ifthereareanyconditionsshouldimplementlumbarspinalanesthesciawhichcanreducetheperioperativecomＧplicationandprotectthephysiologicalfunctionofimportantorgans．Keywordsspinalanesthesiathelongevityelderly．中图分类号R６１４．４文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－０５９２－０１
