简介：【摘 要】目的：研究分析乳腺癌术后护理干预对患肢功能锻炼康复的影响。方法：选取 2018年 7月— 2020年 5月在我院进行乳腺癌手术的 30例患者，将其随机分为两组，对照组和观察组，每组各 15例，对照组进行常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上增加术后护理干预，观察两组患者护理后的效果。结果：观察组总依从率 88%比对照组的 60%高，观察组总满意度 88%比对照组 68%高， P<0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论：术后护理干预对乳腺癌患者患肢功能锻炼康复有重要的影响，值得推广应用。  　　【关键词】乳腺癌 ;术后护理干预 ;患肢功能 ;锻炼康复 ;影响  [Abstract] Objective: To study and analyze the effect of nursing intervention on functional exercise rehabilitation of affected limbs after breast cancer surgery. Methods: 30 patients with breast cancer surgery in our hospital from July 2018 to may 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group, 15 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care, and the observation group was added with postoperative nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing, and the effect of nursing care in the two groups was observed. Results: the total compliance rate of the observation group was 88% higher than that of the control group, and the total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 88% higher than that of the control group 68%, P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: postoperative nursing intervention has an important impact on the rehabilitation of limb function exercise in patients with breast cancer, which is worthy of promotion and application.
