简介：摘要： 目的：快速石蜡切片技术在病理检验中的临床应用效果探析。方法：选取我院 2018 年 4 月～ 2019 年 4 月收治的 100 例术前行病理检验的患者作为研究对象，分为观察组和对照组，对照组常规石蜡切片技术处理，观察组行快速石蜡切片技术。结果：观察组病理检验准确率 100% ，对照组为 96% ，差异具有统计学意义（ P ＜ 0.05 ）。观察组标本制作时间 45.03±4.33min ，对照组为 1441.25±24.48min ，差异具有统计学意义（ P ＜ 0.05 ）。结论：快速石蜡切片技术在病理检验中的应用具有较高准确率，且所用时间短。 Abstract: objective: to explore the clinical effect of rapid paraffin section technique in pathological examination. Methods: from April 2018 to April 2019, 100 patients who underwent pathological examination before operation were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with routine paraffin section technique, and the observation group was treated with rapid paraffin section technique. Results: the accuracy of pathological examination was 100% in the observation group and 96% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The preparation time of specimens in the observation group was 45.03 ±4.33 min, and that in the control group was 1441.25 ±24.48mi. n, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The application of rapid paraffin section technique in pathological examination has high accuracy and short time.
