OnJan19th,2011,withoutsunlight,theweatherinLhasawasbitterlycold.IwenttotheForestBureauofTibetAutonomousRegiontopresentmyapplicationandthenrushedbackalongtheLingkorRoad.Iwishedmyrapidpacecouldsomehowwarmmeupandprotectmeagainstthecold.AstodaywasthefifteenthdayaccordingtotheTibetancalendar,thereweremanyTibetansholdingprayerbeadsandprayerwheelsontheirhandsasIpassedby.
