摘要 OpticalmethodsandMTTmethodareusedtocharacterizetheantiproliferationeffectofantitumordrug9-aminoacridine(9AA)withandwithoutsilvernanoparticles.IntracellularsurfaceenhancedRamanscattering(SERS)spectraandfluorescentspectraof9AAindicatetheformof9AAadsorbedonthesurfaceofsilvernanoparticles.AlthoughbothsilvernanoparticlesandantitumordrugcaninhibitthegrowthofHelacells,silvernanoparticlescanslowdowntheantiproliferationeffectonHelacellsatlowconcentrationofantitumordrugs.Ourexperimentalresultssuggestthatsilvernanoparticlesmayserveasslow-releasedrugcarriers,whichisimportantinantitumordrugdelivery.
