摘要 Anewmethodforthedeterminationoftracecalciumbysolidsubstrate-roomtemperaturephosphorimetryisestablished.ItisbasedonthefactthatchromeazurolsazurolS-phenanthroline-NaCMC(CAS-phen-NaCMC)systemcanemitstrongandstableroomtemperaturephosphorescence(RTF)onthesolidsubstrateinthefilterpaper.Ca2+andphenanthrolinecanformcomplexionCa(phen)32+,whichwillformcomplex[Ca(phen)3(CAS)2]withCAS.Intheresult,thenumberofCASmoleculesineachspotincreased,causingsharpincreaseoftheRTPsignaloftheCAS-phen-NaCMCsystem.
